Thank you for shopping with Graphics for Porsche. Because our precut graphics and decals are made to order and custom-manufactured to your specific vehicle configuration and color selections, we enforce a strict return and refund policy.

Please review the terms below prior to placing your order.

1. Custom & Made-to-Order Sales are Final

All sales of precut graphics, vinyl kits, and custom decals are final.

Once production begins, orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or incorrect color/style selection at checkout.

2. Defects or Damaged Items

We take pride in our precision cutting. If there is an issue caused by our team, we will make it right.

Manufacturing Defects or Shipping Damage: If your graphics arrive damaged or with a clear manufacturing defect, you must contact us at sales@graphicsforporsche.com within 72 hours of delivery.

Required Documentation: Please include your order number and high-resolution photographs clearly showing the unused graphic and the defect/damage.

Resolution: Approved claims for defects or shipping damage will be eligible for a free replacement of the affected pieces.

3. Installation and Fitment Disclaimer

No Professional Installation Liability: Vinyl application requires skill. Graphics for Porsche is not responsible, nor liable, for installation errors, bubbles, wrinkles, tearing, or damage caused during the application process.

Professional Installation Recommended: We highly recommend having your precut graphics installed by a professional vinyl wrap or tint technician.

Fitment: Our graphics are cut precisely to factory dimensions. We cannot guarantee fitment on aftermarket body kits, repainted panels, or modified vehicle surfaces.

4. Shipping & Address Errors

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer, nor are we responsible for carrier-delayed shipments.
